some questions on the HA Rite

Hi, I am new to Huna but has read 2 bears instructions on the Ha Rite. Some questions if I may ask"

1. I did the breathing exercise where 2B instructed to hold the breath after inhalation to around a third of the lung's capacity.

sometimes I could do 4 total inhalations before exhalation, sometimes more. Will that matter at all?

2. Do I form the prayer picture after doing several rounds of the breathing or do I form the picture while simultaneously still doing the breathing. Or should I breath freely while forming the picture prayer. I seem to have a hard time concentrating on the prayer picture while still doing the breathing at the same time.

3. What do you think about the Baron Fersen's star exercise in building mana. If this star exercise is all right, how do one incorporate it into the Ha Rite correctly and in the proper procedure?

4, If I think I have plenty of free time, can I do the Ha Rite one after the other several several times after say a pause of a few minutes or seconds so that I can send more and more mana to my uni and aumakua. Is there a so called overdose if I do it too much?

5. I tried doing the Ha Rite while sitting on an easy chair with large armrests and will it matter if my forearms are touching the side of my stomach? I have the correct fingers of both hands not touching each other and spread out without the hands touching each other.

6. I tend to close my eyes during the entire Ha Rite. Is this necessary or can I also do it with my eyes open (at least during the breathing exercise)?

7. What happens if in the course bringing up my hands up during the sending of the prayer picture to my Aumakua, I accidentally have my hands touch momentarily. Does it matter?

8. What happens while doing the Ha Rite, someone accidentally touch my shoulder or arms. Will there be a problem?

9. Does it mean that even while I haven't completely eliminated my complexes and fixations, my Ha Rite will not have any power? Or will my Ha Rite gets more and more powerful as I continue practicing it even if I haven't elimianted the complexes and fixations?

10. I tried building mana surcharge for a while and then attempted to punch a hole in a cloud. I did not seem to feel I was able to do anything (I am not yet an expert and my instructions were from reading one of the forum answers by 2B) since I was not successful with the cloud punching, I worried if all the Ha Rites were ineffective ss I do not know if I am building up any mana surcharge at all.

I do felt some tingling, some "feeling" in my fingers while doing the Ha Rite (similar to what I felt when I do Quantum Touch), is that an indication that mana is being built up and I have nothing to be worried about?

Thanks 2 Bear for your comments

Re: some questions on the HA Rite

Haai..Welcome to this wonderful technology.

1.I think more you do should inhale more but make sure you don't get exhausted.
There are several methods of breathing , the one I personnaly use Inhale at count one,Hold breath at count 2, Exhale at counts three and four.
Try yourself which works best for you.

2.Look, focus is really important. It is that intent that charges mana , so you charge the mana first and then form the prayer picture and use a deep gasp to connect the picutre and mana , and send it to Aumakua.

3.Never heard of Mr. Fersen.
Two Bears might have and he might have the answer for that.

4.No.Nothing like overdose can happen, but if your prayer request is contradicting your Unihilippi, it might get annoyed. So getting a good connection with unihillippi is important too.The fixations should be cleared by some inductive reasoning to the unihlippi.

5.I personally think it might not cause any problem.Because even if you consider your body as a wire , the two ends are not touching, so there is no chance of getting earthed (the mana surcharge to get grounded).

6.There is nothing wrong in doing the ritual closing your eyes, infact some find it easier to visualize better when closing eyes.
But it is advised to keep eyes open atleast during breathing to avoid losing your
balance(even though your sitting).

7.Not a big deal..I dont think the whole surcharge would drain off..
emoticon
But I may be wrong.

8.No problem.They wont get shocked!
But it is always good do Ha Rite/ Meditations alone and in a quite place. You can always charge up your mana again.

9.In Huna , the most important thing is to clear up the complexes.According to Clarke Wilkerson , just prayer alone can dissolve complexes.

10.You won't hit a home run on your first hit!
It takes time and persistent practice to punch holes thought it is easy.
Try with more confidence, you will eventually succeed.
Be persistent with what you are doing now, the results will take care of your present concerns and doubts regarding the matter.

Im also a starter like you!
emoticon

have fun!

-krishnan

Welcome. I am the absentee moderator. About 3.5 years ago (after moving here to Ellensburg, Wa.) my life became extremely hectic. Just letting you know why I do not participate here as much as I once did.

FYI I no longer use the name huna. I prefer to call what I do pule me mana, or spiritual technology.

I made this decision a few years ago after reading Many huna books.

MFL blended Christianity, New Thought, and Hawai'ian mysticism and called it huna.

Scott Cunningham blended hawai'ian mysticism, and Wicca.

Serge Kahili King blended Hawai'ian mystivcism, New age material and tall tales and calls it huna

Tad James blended new age material, Qigong, Wicca, and Hawai'ian mysticism and calls it huna.

As you can see I don't add other things like Wicca, Qigong, Christianity, etc to Hawai'ian mysticism. Since I was not taught the old ways by an authentic kahuna; I do not really have the the right to call what I do Hawa'ian mysticism. so I prefer to use one of the two terms I coined 9 years ago,

quote:

1. I did the breathing exercise where 2B instructed to hold the breath after inhalation to around a third of the lung's capacity.

The number of partial breaths is not critical. What IS critical is that you slow your exhale or hold your breath. The reason is because the longer the air is in contact with yiyr lungs; the more mana you will extract from the air.

quote:

2. Do I form the prayer picture after doing several rounds of the breathing or do I form the picture while simultaneously still doing the breathing. Or should I breath freely while forming the picture prayer. I seem to have a hard time concentrating on the prayer picture while still doing the breathing at the same time.

Do it whichever way you are comfortable with. If you can hold the prayer picture without your mind wandering, that is good generate the prayer picture before gsthering mana. If your mind wanders visualize the prayer picture at the end.

quote:

3. What do you think about the Baron Fersen's star exercise in building mana. If this star exercise is all right, how do one incorporate it into the Ha Rite correctly and in the proper procedure?

I have no experience with this process and cannot have a credible opinion on it's efficacy.

quote:

4, If I think I have plenty of free time, can I do the Ha Rite one after the other several several times after say a pause of a few minutes or seconds so that I can send more and more mana to my uni and aumakua. Is there a so called overdose if I do it too much?

The method I call treasure mapping will help you send additional mana to your goal. Set objects and pictures that remind you of your goal around your home and job. When you see these objects you will be reminded of your goal, and your uni will send extra mana to your 'aumakua.

Yes you can overload your body with mana and damage your body by habitually overloading your system. If you feel pain, nervousness, or a burning sensation that is the time to stop and eat something or go for a walk. Just stop gathering mana and allow your body the time it needs to adjust to the increased flow of mana.

quote:

5. I tried doing the Ha Rite while sitting on an easy chair with large armrests and will it matter if my forearms are touching the side of my stomach? I have the correct fingers of both hands not touching each other and spread out without the hands touching each other.

When your fingers touch part of the energy being gathered between your hands wants to go back in the body and be grounded in the earth. so if possible when you do a ha rite do not have your arms or legs crossed. You want as much mana as possible to be put between your hands.

quote:

6. I tend to close my eyes during the entire Ha Rite. Is this necessary or can I also do it with my eyes open (at least during the breathing exercise)?

Don;t worry so much. You can't do this wrong. All that really matters is gathering the mana and directing the mana by choosing a good prayer ppicture or intention. This technology is so simple I have taught five year olds how to do it. so relax and have fun.

quote:

7. What happens if in the course bringing up my hands up during the sending of the prayer picture to my Aumakua, I accidentally have my hands touch momentarily. Does it matter?

I like the idea of a helium baloon. after gathering the mana and choosing the prayer picture I just open my hands so the ha rite can float up to my 'aumakua.

quote:

8. What happens while doing the Ha Rite, someone accidentally touch my shoulder or arms. Will there be a problem?

Probably the surcharge of mana will dissipate when you lose mental focvus,

quote:

9. Does it mean that even while I haven't completely eliminated my complexes and fixations, my Ha Rite will not have any power? Or will my Ha Rite gets more and more powerful as I continue practicing it even if I haven't elimianted the complexes and fixations?

They will be effective; but after you clear your complexes and fixations your ha rites will become more effective.

quote:

The hardest part is believing that you can actually do it, and becoming convinced this energy is REAL instead of your imagination.

quote:

I do felt some tingling, some "feeling" in my fingers while doing the Ha Rite (similar to what I felt when I do Quantum Touch), is that an indication that mana is being built up and I have nothing to be worried about?

You are absolutely right on both counts.

1. That IS mana you experienced

2. you have nothing to worry about.

In the other question about the tapes by Allan P. Lewis. I remember that HRI had them for sale a few years ago, and they may still be available.

Clearing your Life Path Through Kahuna Wisdom by Allen Lewis can be ordered on CD at the following link:

My understanding is that the book was the written version of the CD, rather than the other way around.

Re: some questions on the HA Rite

Hi Two Bears. It's Stefan and I have some questions about Ha Rite please.

1. Do I must breath 16 times or 40 times or I can breath 4 or 8 or 50 or 100 times for gathering mana.
2. Can I feel with my body , that the goal is fullfiled, just to concentrate more along with holding theintent / I can't hold picture, because my imagination plays bad role with me /
3. Can I add between my hands the sentences for the goal and/ or imagine them around me. Again this improves my concentration.
4. When I repeat the sentences for the goal, can I feel them reaching throughout the universe. Again for concentration.
5. I use present time to describe my goal. Is it okay?
6.I add the sentence for every case to my goal- "from Eternal sourse, without harm to nobody" Is it okay?
7. And Can I add physical gesture to end the session?

The things described above are from books by authors like Donald Michael Kraig, Ted Andrews, Serge Kahili King and Philip Farber. They improve concentration and I just ask you can I add to my goal session-is it okay. Sorry for this bunch of questions, but I think if they are okay, it will help not only for me but, for people here. So thank you very much for support Two Bears and if anyone does not know- here we make huna magick like around the world there are talisman magick, pagan magick, golden dawn magick and the new meta-magick by Philip Farber. In my opinion huna is simple and practical. I have good story to tell you huna people in huna experians. All the best.

Hi Stefan

quote:

1. Do I must breath 16 times or 40 times or I can breath 4 or 8 or 50 or 100 times for gathering mana.

Don't worry about the number. Just send the energy when you are satisfued with the amount of mana.

Tradition says to use 4, 16 or 40 breaths.

They say this because the word ha both means breath and the number 4.

quote:

2. Can I feel with my body , that the goal is fullfiled, just to concentrate more along with holding theintent / I can't hold picture, because my imagination plays bad role with me /

Imagination is the key. If you are not a visual person use intent. If you can stimulate your imagination by feelings and emotions go for it.

quote:

3. Can I add between my hands the sentences for the goal and/ or imagine them around me. Again this improves my concentration.

not sure I understand this question.

quote:

4. When I repeat the sentences for the goal, can I feel them reaching throughout the universe. Again for concentration.

Of course

quote:

5. I use present time to describe my goal. Is it okay?

You should act and feel as if you have it right now.

quote:

6.I add the sentence for every case to my goal- "from Eternal sourse, without harm to nobody" Is it okay?

If you send the mana and prayer picture to your 'aumakua you need not worry about yout 'aumakua violating the one commandment.

quote:

7. And Can I add physical gesture to end the session?

of course

They improve concentration and I just ask you can I add to my goal session-is it okay. Sorry for this bunch of questions, but I think if they are okay, it will help not
On my website I suggested memorizing poetry, stories, music so you could play a musical instrument without having to have to have sheet music, counting backwards by 3s, etc.

However I found an AWESOME tool for improving concentration; "SUDOKU!"

I started doing Sudoku just to keep stimulating my mind. Well I found that Sudoku is excelent for building concentration.

Thank you Two Bears.Instead of using my hands, can I picture the ball in front of me and to do ha-breathing? In Halawain Magic Clark told us to make the ball in front of us... emoticon
In western magick there are talismans and amulets, but can we make such thing with huna ha-rite and do we need divination is it okay. All the best Aloha.

Stefan:

Yes you can generate the mana ball in frount of you without usomh your hands at all.

Some huna authors recommend gatheruing the mana ball inside your body but I do not recommend that approach. because you can easily overload your system with mana, and that is NOT good!

On page 39 of "Hawaiian Magic" there is a picture of Mrs. Dei Wilkerson (I'm guessing) gathering a ha rite between her hands in front of her abdomen.

If you can use your hands I would recommend that you do so because you can feel the mana surcharge as it builds.
