posticon fixations and complexes question

I discovered your site recently, after reading MFL's book, the science behind the magic. I did a search on "Huna" and found your site. Great, site, love it, it answers a lot of my questions. However, I couldn't find an answer to this one: What if one has no clue as to what my fixations and complexes actually are? I don't know, as I discovered while undergoing therapy. I found a few of them, but not all. How would I go about finding the rest of them?

Welcome to the forum; and thank you for the kind words regarding the site.

A good way to spot complexes is to monitor your thoughts and keep a journal of the times you had negative thoughts, and what they were about.

Do this for a few weeks; and you will spot trends. These occasions will show you the complexes and fixations to work on.

The ONLY difference between a complex is

Complexes were put there by authority figures, or society at large, and your unihipili accepted as fact.

Fixations were put there by your uhane by the way you think on the conscious level.

Re: fixations and complexes question

Aloha, Two Bears,

Wanted to let you know, I've followed your suggestion. I've been writing down my negative attitudes, and asking questions about it using a pendulum, when I get stuck. When I feel a negative emotion, I ask myself why, what am I covering up, why does _____ bother me so much, and an answer eventually occurs to me. Sometimes immediately, sometimes in a few days or weeks.

I've noticed that whenever I feel fear, abandonment, sadness, grief, or any other "negative" emotion, I react with anger, so now I explore the source of my anger, then let myself feel the real emotion instead. I've also discovered that sometimes when I truly NEED to be angry, I suppress that emotion (and get depressed instead). However, I'm getting a lot better at recognizing my REAL emotional state, and when I do, I can deal with it.

I've also discovered that "negative" emotions are not "bad" (one of my former complexes), but serve a higher purpose: They can protect and guide me. i.e. point out my complexes and fixations, protect me from people who might take advantage of me, protect me from danger in the environment, and motivate me to get off my behind and WORK, etc, etc, etc.

Well, now I need to work on being less judgemental ("negative", "bad", "good" in the above sentence).

Thanks for your help, Two Bears. Your advice is helping me improve my life. I can't wait to begin manifesting the things that I desire. Since I'm not yet at the stage where that comes easily, I'll be putting a few prayer requests in. (I also have a real strong fear of asking for help, so, this is also a fixation or complex I'm working on.)

Thank you Two Bears, and Huna group. You can't even begin to know how much you and Huna have helped me thus far, and how much more help I still need.

Bye
Violet

Monitoring our thoughts is an easy way to spot problems in how we think comnsciously amd sibconsciously.

Glad to hear it.

The occasional angry outburst is not negative.

When you are stuck in that angry space 24/7; (as i was for many years) is very negative because it wastes your lifeforce, and prevents you from realizing how good life really is. Another downside of a fixation on anger is that many people carry out some of their angry thoughts; and hurt others.

My pleasure Violet.
