Is it true? 1.You breath deeply and evenly 2.You imagine you are fountain 3.And water is filling you above. Is it kahuna tecnique or not?nondisclosed_email@example.com (miromir)Fri, 18 Dec 2009 13:39:00 +0000 Re: different breathing methodshttps://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300230,from=rss#post300230https://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300230,from=rss#post300230quote:How do I know if it works? How does man sense mana? Mana is the energy that keeps the entire universe going, and inside each atom. That is the energy under the material level of the universe. Scientists are beginning to discover this lifeforce energy, and call it the plank or Planck (not sure of the spelling) energy. Via your deep breathing you are bringing the atoms of hydrogen, oxygen, ozone, etc into your lungs. Then simply by your intention you tap into this INFINITE supply of energy of the universe. Just think of Einstein's equasion E=Mc2. Physicist Dr. William Tiller says with E=Mc2 there is enough energy in one hydrogen atom to manifest all of the stars, planets, and asteroids in 20 billion light years. mana feels differently to different people according to what they expect to feel. Mana often feels like a tingling sensation, a vibration, or even static electricity. For me; I feel my pulse all the way to the end of my fingers and toes with a tingling sensation in my fingers.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Two Bears)Fri, 04 May 2007 09:27:30 +0000 Re: different breathing methodshttps://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300193,from=rss#post300193https://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300193,from=rss#post300193MFL suggests in his books to measure the surcharge of mana by a pendulum.nondisclosed_email@example.com (huna mind)Mon, 18 Dec 2006 13:27:49 +0000 Re: different breathing methodshttps://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300191,from=rss#post300191https://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300191,from=rss#post300191How do I know if it works? You should try different breathing patterns and use the one that works the best for YOU. I find the partial breath I described earlier to be the most effective one for ME. There is no one right way to do this and all other methods are wrong. It is not the breath that does the work; it is the mana; Not in the breathing pattern or if you say ha as you exhale or not. Practise different breathing patterns and use the one that works the best for you.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Two Bears)Sat, 16 Dec 2006 10:02:47 +0000 Re: different breathing methodshttps://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300177,from=rss#post300177https://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300177,from=rss#post300177Can I ask a question about this breath? When I exhale could it be beneficial to make a Ha sound like explained in the following huna books: "heart of huna (lesson 1) (on the chapter on max freedom long)" Tad James -His huna casettes (the second tape) Plus when I do this partial breath should I do it slowly of quickly. And should I make the inhalation about half as long as the exhalation? And should I use my whole lung to breath as explained in Yogic breathing in Serge Kahili kings book "mastering your higher self' .(Or does it matter anyway?) Or doesn't it matter? There are no pule me mana police, and there are no citations. The only ones you have to answer to is yourself and your 'aumakua. About quick ha rites. There is nothing wrong with a quick ha rite when you do not have time to do a full ha rite. I have seen some amazing things happen with a four breath ha rite; but I skimp ONLY if I am pressed for time.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Two Bears)Sun, 15 Oct 2006 14:50:25 +0000 Re: different breathing methodshttps://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300159,from=rss#post300159https://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300159,from=rss#post300159Aloha,       Thanks for helping me grow corn! This could be an illusion, but the feeling is there, so I am trusting it. I am glad you experienced results with the partial breath method (as I have). From my days of assorted martial arts, and Qigong; I learned MANY breathing patterns to build up ch'i, ki, mana, nuwati, etc; Then when I learned of Hawai'ian mysticism; I started going through the assorted breathing patterns for ha rites, and I just happened to try the partial breathing pattern; and I received a VERY nice surprise. ;-) quote: Has anyone else experienced this? I sure have! K Elvin: If a technique does not produce results; I will neither waste my time to type it out, or your time to practise it. I am much like the famous quote by Sun Bear a medicine man "If it doesn't grow corn; I'm not interested" If a technique does not work for me; I am not going to tell you it does. Everything on my website and every message I have written in the message board has grown corn for me.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Two Bears)Mon, 09 Oct 2006 14:13:53 +0000 Re: different breathing methodshttps://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300152,from=rss#post300152https://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300152,from=rss#post300152Aloha,       I started working with the partial breath technique a couple of weeks ago, and it feels like a really good mana surcharge is created with as little as one breath. Now having had some experience with building surcharges with the longer, slower methods,I was quite pleased to have the feeling of a full charge happen so quickly. There is abdominal breathing where you visualize the qi (energy) in the air descends into the dantien about 2 inches below the navel There is ribbon breathing where you visualize your breath as one long ribbon and you slow the breath so much that you can not tell where the breath changes directions. There is Reverse Taoist breathing where as you fill your lungs you suck in your abdomen instead of allowing the abdomen expand naturally. Dannion Brinkley in "Saved by the Light" tells that when he visits people in hospices he takes on their breathing pattern and inhales and exhales when the patient does. This sets up a psychic link between him and the patient and he can feel exacctly what the patient is feeling, and can by the use of the conversation force the patient to look at things they would rather not look at or think about, and that way the person can deal with them and reach closure. That is the way he did it; but it is completely unnecessary for me. When I sebd energy to a person for a minute or more; I begin feeling EVERYTHING the person is feeling, and can start telling them EXACTLY what they are feeling. You asked for the fastest method; and I will tell you the breathing method that works best for me. take a partial breath (about 1/4th of lung capacity) and hold your breath until you feel uncomfortable, when you feel uncomfortable; do not release the stale air; add another partial breath to the stale air. and keep adding breaths until your lungs are full; then exhale the full breath and start adding partial breaths again. This works because your lungs extract more mana from the air the longer the air is in contact with your lungs. Hope this helps.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Two Bears)Fri, 08 Sep 2006 08:20:38 +0000 different breathing methodshttps://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300116,from=rss#post300116https://bhuna101.runboard.com/p300116,from=rss#post300116I read there is different breathing methods given different names like water breath, cleansing breath, some use visualization while breathing.
