Living Lineage

Aloha,
I feel so greatful to be on this path(starting anyway).I found this website because of a nudge from my Aumakua. I wanted to find folks studying the Kahuna ways that were part of an actual, living lineage of Hawai'ian Kahunas.
This site is quite impressive, and I trust the information being provided here.My question is this: Two Bears, how did you become convinced that Clark Wilkerson and Allan P.Lewis studied with people who were from a direct line of Hawai'ian Kahunas?
If this info is available in some of the other postings,I have not yet gotten that far.
Also, I have discovered that if I do not consistently treat my Unihipili with love and respect,s/he roughs me up(gnarly paper cuts,etc...that mysteriously don't happen otherwise.)
Thanks,K

Re: Living Lineage

Aloha K Elvin,

It is quite a common fact that Clark Wilkerson and Allen P.Lewis learned from Hawaiian Kahunas. The nephew of Allan P. Lewis posts on this board occasionaly. His name is Tom Lewis and his user name is kahunawidsom. He has told me himself that Mr Lewis and Mr Wilkerson did actually learn from the same Kahuna.

Dr Otha Wingos son Vince has also confirmed this. I imagine it could also be confirmed by Charlotte Berney who was a student of Jack and Josephine Gray (they were taught by Clark Wilkerson).

You DEFINITELY need to treat yourself with love and respect. Read my post in 'Huna experiences' about 'characteristics of the Unihipili' and you will see that I too have been roughed up quite a bit :P

It's not just treating myself with respect though. I have found that my negative feelings towards a family who bred guinea pigs for experimentation manifested some very painful conditions recently. So you see, it's not just about respecting yourself, but others too. Whilst I don't agree with what the family is doing I do realise that they are just people living the only way they know how (and trying to contribute to finding a cure for various diseases).

I wish you well on your path.

Peace,

Craig

A lot of the material on this website was oringinally found by me in the assorted books by Dr. Clark Wilkerson, Allan P. Lewis, other material that worked consistently for me in assorted huna books, and by direct first hand experience.

Those books are very rare, and VERY expensive; so I paraphrased part of what the books had to say, and wrote this website because I saw a need for this kind of information.

Dr. Clark Wilkerson had a doctorate in Divinity, and while living in Hawai'i in the late 1950s and 1960s had the extreme good fortune to learn this form of spirituality from a living kahuna.

Allan P. Lewis also learned from a kahuna (I believe the same man Dr. Wilkerson studied with), and his Nephew Tom Lewis (kahuna wisdom on this message board) said that his Uncle Allan had attained the status of kahuna nui. A kahuna nui is am expert in several different fields, and it takes almost a lifetime to attain such a status.

a friend of mine recommended I study huna in 1999; but after reading books by Madeleine C. Morris, Max Freedom Long, and Scott Cunningham; I told my friend "Not only no; but HELL NO!" so I dropped huna like a bad habit.

In October 2000 I was outside praying and asking for a sign, and had two mystical experiences happen in two minutes that set my feet back on this path. I bought a copy of "Fundamentals Of Hawaiian Mysticism" by Charlotte Berney, and it answered a lot of my questions; then in the back Ms. Berney commented that her teachers Jack and Josephine Gray were advanced students of Dr. Clark Wilkerson; so I bought a copy of "Hawaiian Magic" on that recommendation, and "Hawaiian Magic" LITERALY saved my life. For the first time; I was given tools I could use to go in my unihipili and erase the faulty programs that were killing me.

Shortly after this the cost of the writings of Allan P. Lewis and Dr. Clark Wilkerson skyrocketed; and I saw a need for this information available to the people.

That information is available in several posts.

That is the standard human drama. Most unihipili's get roughed up by society at large.

Re: Living Lineage

Aloha,
Thank you Two Bears and Craig for your responses.I started out on this path by reading a book by Serge King.Getting quite enthusiastic about the information he was writing about,I wanted to know more. Then one day my inner voice told me to try to check out Mr. King's teacher.I "googled" Mr. King's teacher's name and the only thing to be found was an obscure less-than-flattering e-mail directly questioning Mr. King's credibility.I became determined to find the real deal, and happily ended up finding this site. Also happily ,I have found consistency with all of the information pertaining to Dr. Wilkerson and Mr. Lewis that I have been able to find.
Thanks again for your kindness and patience with the new kid.
I am following the advice of Two Bears with regard to Mr. Lewis'book, and am doing one chapter per week. This week is "Forgive and Forget",just began the real process and am having enormous emotional upheaval.I take that as a sign that it is working. The Mana building ritual is of tremendous comfort.I also appriciate the support this site offers.
Blessings and Aloha,
K

Unfortunately; Serge Kahili King is NOT the the only less than credible huna kumu (teacher) out there. :-(

If I did not have proof in my own life that this spiritual technology actually works; I would not be wasting your time or mine.

Ten years ago when I had my out of body experience, and my 'aumakua showed me that I was on the wrong lifepath; I was in the field of Computer Anti-Virus research. I was in NCSA, and helped Richard Ford develop the NCSA (National Computer Security Associates) the testing methodology they would use when evaluating Anti-Virus software. My "Christian" name was acknowledged in documentation for Integrity Master, VDS, ARF A-V Research manuals, the book "Rob Slade's Guide to Computer Viruses, Had be asked to moderate the AVP forum on Compuserve, had non disclosure agreements with ten different companys that produced Anti-Virus software, and two companies Trend Micro Devices, Fifth Generation Software wanting me to come to work for them.

From that build up; you would think; I had everything I wanted. I didn't. I knew there was something wrong in my life; I just wasn't able to put my finger on it. I woke up angry, and went to bed angry, my hands were as white and cold as a dead fish, and some times the skin under my fingernails would turn blue because my mind was constantly going round and round in circles, and worse than not getting anywhere; I was wasting my time and lifeforce in this habitual way of thinking.

1996 I had the OBE and my 'aumakua showing me that I was on the wrong lifepath, and that I was supposed to be a healer.

1998 I became a Reiki master.

1999 a friend suggested that I study huna

October 2000 I had two mystical experiences that put me on this path.

2001; I bought a copy of "Hawaiian Magic" by Dr. Clark Wilkerson, and I was finally able to break down those walls that kept me from becoming who and what I am supposed to me.

Walking this path was not being cured in one weekend. It was a long path, and at times it seemed as if I were clawing for a fraction of an inch at a time; but I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, and I was willing to expend the time and effort to change the way I thought consciously and subconsciously.

My pleasure. After all; that IS my job to offer assistance to those following in my footsteps.

Your unihipili has become convinced that it will settle for the old way of being because it is comfortable. Unfortunately uni's are creatures of habit; and it takes a while to get the uni to break out of it's rut. so be persistent and yet gentle at the same time.
