HUNA garden?

Some HUNA authors recommend the readers to construct a HUNA garden in which one installs what one wants in his or her own life through the use of symbols. What do you think, 2B?

I think it is a great idea to set aside a small area as an altar or shrine to remind you of your place in the universe, and your link with the higher powers.

Some people buy a small tiki idol to place on their altar; some people place items on their altars to remind them of the five elements (energy. earth, air, fire and water, others place a candle in the four directions; or get a kino lau of the four great gods (Kino lau are physical representatives of the gods), etc.

Myself; I have a tiny little shrine made of two tiny rocks placed between my kitchen stove, and my microwave.

One is a flat rock that is roughly triangular shape (the triangle reminds me of the three selves unihipili, uhane, and 'Aumakua), the other stone is a tiny peice of moldavite that stands on one end on the triangular rock.

Furthermore; the flat rock reminds me of physical matter our kino kanaka is made from, and the moldavite reminds me of the animating spirit that gives out kino kanaka life. I use a moldavite as the standing stone because it is a tektite (meteorite) that does not exist on this planet.

My tiny shrine is placed between my stove and microwave so it will remind me to be grateful for the food I prepare, and I see the shrine every time I go in the kitchen to take my medication, get a glass of water, get a can of soda, put away my groceries, etc.

My tiny shrine takes about 1.25 inches (3 centimeters), by 3/4 of an inch (2 centimeters).

I gave Tommy a similar shrine flat rock and chinese tektite that will stand on one end when we met in Wasgington last month. I did not have time to find a triangular flat rock; but Tommy can find a triangular rock if he wants to.

Aloha and Happy Veterans Day!
I have a triangular rock with the moldavite that you gave me Two Bears, setting on top of each other, in front of my wooden 8" Buddha(meditating and performing the Abhaya mudra)encircled with other crystals, and two jade buddhas outside the crystals, two candles on each side and last but not least, my dream box.
This all sets next to my computer desk at home. I live in a condo and I don't have a yard so there is no way to set up a Huna garden.

Tommy: Moldavite is green. The standing stone I gave you in Washington was black. A tektite found in China

Sounds as if you have a comprehensive shrine there.
