I have run across several pieces of staurolite. This is a mineral that crystalises at 30, 60, and 90 degree angles, sometimes including something resembling a christian cross. The story says, they are the tears of the fairies, shed when the fairies heard of Jesus' death. An alternative form of the story says that the fairies wept because they knew that the religion -about- Jesus would supercede the religion -of- Jesus, and would sweep away many good earth traditions. So this stone would be helpful in detecting and clearing complexes and fixations connected with christianity. nondisclosed_email@example.com (joni50)Mon, 31 Jan 2005 14:14:04 +0000 Re: Welcome to the Crystal forum.https://bhuna101.runboard.com/p298724,from=rss#post298724https://bhuna101.runboard.com/p298724,from=rss#post298724quote:Sounds like your involvement with crystals wasn't much fun. I've been there too, not with crystals, but with religious rituals. The fear-driven obsessive behavior saps one's energy and the energy of those around as well. No, it wasn't much fun at all. It was a daily pain in the wardrobe that became quite the burden/obsession. I never considered that this kind of behaviour can drain the energy of the people around one as well. I'll ponder this - so thanks!   Also. one must be careful WHERE to wear which rocks. For instance, I can't have moldavite near my heart or my solar plexus. Moldavite has a very strong electrical charge. If I wear it over my chest (in a necklace or pouch) I get heart palpitations, a uncomfortable 'jumpy' nervous feeling and/or burning in the solar plexus. It's a wonderful strengthening stone, but I have to carry it in a hip/back pocket or not at all. Re Kinesiology - no, 2B has not covered this in his workshops to date. It's not a Huna technique per se, but it can be VERY useful for pinpointing "complexes and fixations". Muscle testing works via the Unihipili or body consciousness - and the body cannot lie! There are a few requirements for kinesiology to work properly though; * Test situation must be free of any distractions; * Tester and Testee must both be at the level of integrity (spiritual truth, love)and emotionally detached (ie objective) about the outcome; * The question itself must be at the level of integrity (ie purpose/intentions of the testers must serve the greatest good of all, not just the self - AND of course it must not violate the spiritual laws of non-interference etc). LIke you, I have yet to achieve consistent results using it alone. Finding a suitable test partner is a challenge too. BUt in a hands of a qualified therapist/practitioner AND when all the conditions for success are met, I've found AK (applied kinesiology) to be an excellent means of discovering the truth. Aloha nui loa, daylia PS JUst to let you all know, 2B is offline for a few days due to computer problems. I've used Ad-Aware and Spy Bot but found that these let a lot of stuff slip by. First time I ran spyware stormer, it picked up about 30 spywares, that the other programs had let slide. Now I no longer have to go delete my entire cookie file every so often. Back to crystals --here in New Orleans, probably in any city large enough to support a newage industry, there are people who will gladly charge a small fortune to select crystals, or read cards, or drum, or guide a meditation, or otherwise do for their clients what their clients' unihipili can easily learn to do for oneself. This kind of thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth, although I can't say why. My friend once paid $40.00 for a tiny bag of herbs and stones, and was told not to open it or ask what's inside! I told her, I can help you learn how to make such a bag for yourself, and you'll know exactly what's in it, and just take me out for lunch and we'll call it even. True, everybody's gotta make a living.
